WELL-BEING PROGRAM:

– Ayurvedic treatment.

– Activities “made in India” to practice the accumulated know-how.
Dates are customizable, and other destinations can be considered, in order to suit perfectly this retreat to you. But remember, that each destination and season has their own characteristics for the “Made in” activities.
15 DAYS Route prototype:
December – march season
Days 1+2:
Touch down in Mumbai, meet up and start the introduction to the country. Decoding the customs and the basic nonverbal language to feel safe and comfortable during our experience with walks along the historical Colaba area.
Day 3:
Transition to Kerala via plane from Bombay followed by a train to our destination: Varkala. We will be part of daily life in this magical town placed on top of a cliff for the next few days. Our private villa is waiting for us.
Day 4:
We will enjoy free time during the day to rest and prepare our WELCOME DINNER with a private local chef. Time to experience the local Keralan food made in a traditional way in our own villa.
Day 5:
Walking guided tour to deepen the knowledge about traditions, the local economy and the real life of Keralan people. Fishermen, coconut collectors, markets and temples.
Day 6:
After a busy day our body deserves caring. AYURVEDIC DAY: massage and cooking classes to align body, mind and soul.
Day 7:
ACTION DAY – the Arabian sea is calling! Surfing lesson in the morning to have fun while we play with the waves, although if you don’t feel that adventurous, we can just swim and float. After some rest, we begin scouting for a white mundu (traditional cloth) with our private tour guide.
Day 8:
As we already know, after the storm the calm always appears. AYURVEDIC DAY: massage and cooking classes are prepared for this day to recover and have the most delightful time.
Day 9:
With our batteries recharged we jump into the backwater canals for a photo tour experience inside of the jungle, where colours, sounds and wilderness will surround us during this voyage.
Day 10:
At Sanaa Ya, we say that you must finish things as you want to start after, so on the last day in our little paradise we will prepare our intentions and create between all of us, the atmosphere and the last night menu. With the support of our private chef, we will apply the achieved knowledge from the cooking classes and celebrate a Sanaa Ya family gathering for THE VARKALA FAREWELL DINNER.
Day 11:
Fresh-faced and sun-kissed we embark on our final leg of the journey: Kerala-Mumbai. TRANSITION DAY.
Days 12+13:
During our second period in Mumbai we explore the vibrant and creative side of the city – the cradle of Bollywood, local social integration initiatives, and see the direction of the new Indian generations. Time to an exclusive fine dine if we feel like – a luxury that only few can access.
Free time for shopping, sharing and the kind of farewell that Sanaa Ya family deserves.
Day 14:
Flight back to our homeland. The final transition!
Day 15:
HOMEWORK: Practicing the good routines from India: resting day to recharge post-trip and before coming back to daily life.
